This FREE resource is my THANK YOU to all the homeschooling families that have supported my Teachers Pay Teachers store from the beginning! You’ll receive 4 different versions of the planner so you can choose which one you need based on the number of students you are schooling. In addition, you’ll receive menu and household chores planner pages. Also included is a weekly business planner if you juggle a home-based business along with your busy homeschool schedule.
I have found that many organizers out there make list making much more challenging than they should be. When you’re done with the week, add this to a yearly binder to keep track of your progress and as an easy means of record-keeping should that be necessary in your state.
Choose the layout based on how many children you need to plan for. If you have more than 5 children, use a combination of the layouts. In each of the bubbles, write the child’s first initial. Then, use the space to fill in the child’s tasks for the day.
Your older student will benefit from having their own planner, too. A few pages have been included for your independent child (or the child you’re attempting to move towards greater independence!). Keep the schedule near their workspace in addition to your lists in your preferred community area. Have weekly mini-meetings to discuss what’s working well and what could use improvements in your child’s planner.
I hope you have a happy and stress-free homeschooling year!
